Join us for the opening of In the days of various light, a solo show by generational Austin-based artist Xochi Solis with support from Preservation Austin.
Central Texas Juneteenth Parade on 12th Street
Join a community watch of the region’s iconic Central Texas Juneteenth Parade, as it makes its way down Chicon toward East 12th Street. Future Front’s Studio will be open from 10 AM to 12 PM to celebrate the parade, as well as explore future restorations of the building’s “We Rise” mural from Six Square, Austin’s African-American Cultural Heritage District.
Come through! Water and Topo Chico will be provided. All are welcome to borrow chairs from Future Front to enjoy the parade.
