Rental rates range from $50 to $125+ per hour—depending on the size and scale of your event.

$50 per hour for private community events with less than 30 guests
$75 per hour for private community events with less than 50 guests
$75 per hour for public community events with less than 30 guests
$100 per hour for public community events with less than 50 guests
$100+ per hour for events booked within 2 weeks from the event start date
$125 to $250 per hour for private or public events exceeding 50 guests (rate varies based on event type)

The Future Front House offers a 1000 sq. ft. space for five to 100 guests.

At The Future Front House, we provide chairs for 40, as well as two banquet tables and a portable PA system for amplified sound.

Beyond the paid parking lot, the area is surrounded by complimentary street parking access, as well as accessible bus stops.

With connection to a bathroom, The Future Front House features a 500 ft. room that can be used for storage, as a green room or a craft room for messier workshops and hands-on experiences.

As part of our commitment to healthier gatherings and safer spaces, The Future Front House is cleaned twice per week and the building’s HVAC is supplemented by a Co-Way Mega Air Filtration system to reduce pollutants and germs in the air.

Through The Future Front House and our flagship programs, we create opportunities for artists and creatives, funding community cultural events, developing community-building educational resources, offering subsidized access to space & nurturing free, public arts programming.
AND We hope to live up to the legacy of our block.
From soil to cement, our building has a long history that precedes us. We acknowledge and honor Austin’s Black Cultural District, the diverse Indigenous peoples and all elders—past, present and future—who have shaped and continue to shape this land on which we gather. We invite you to celebrate their active cultural contributions, causes and traditions, too. Make space and tend good relations here and now.
