Join a community watch of the region’s iconic Central Texas Juneteenth Parade, as it makes its way down Chicon toward East 12th Street. Expect pop-ups from local chefs, including Chef Grace Aguilar of Five O Four, and explorations of the building’s “We Rise” mural from Six Square, Austin’s African-American Cultural Heritage District.

All are welcome to borrow chairs from Future Front for outdoor viewing, too.

Come through on July 18 at Austin's iconic Liberty Lunch for a special pop-up edition of The Front Market. All in celebration of Austin’s live music community, the Red River Cultural District and the city’s annual Hot Summer Nights festival.

Future Front Texas is partnering with The LINE Hotel to host a two-night creative retreat for Central Texas artists and musicians in the heart of downtown Austin.

Slow into summer. Inspired by 10 years of open creative learning at Future Front, head to The LINE for a day of play, taught by local artists.

Expect clay, collage and mindful charcoal sessions with Tanya Zal, Brittany Bosco and Xochi Solis.

Field trip through a local cave tour and hand-make zines, in support of global artist Saya Woolfalk’s upcoming art installation at the Austin Airport. Together, we’ll community-source nature rubbings, found sounds and oral histories around the city's relationship to nature and creative / community arts subcultures.
