BEHIND THE EVENT
Launched by Future Front in collaboration with TEXAS McCombs in January 2018,Work emerged from genuine conversations between women and LGBTQ+ leaders in creative industries, tech, nonprofit communities, small business and the arts.
Now, this one-day annual gathering serves as a moment to share stories, community-source inspiration and get real about the frameworks & skills required to do big work.
Thanks to our generous hosts at Texas McCombs, this yearโs conference will be held at UTโs Rowling Hall on February 18, 2023 from 10 AM to 4 PM CT, with tickets starting at $30.

HOW TO ATTEND
Passes will not be available for purchase at the door.
Earlybird passes start at $30. All passes include access to the dayโs programming, an official conference workbook, one month of Future Front membership, plus complimentary tickets to any additional WORKshops.

Robert B. Rowling Hall is located at 300 West Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard within The University of Texas at Austin.
WHERE TO PARK: There's metered street parking, as well as parking garages in surrounding neighborhoods. We always recommend carpooling and/or utilizing public transportation, if you can, though, to be conscious of traffic and congestion! There's also bus stop nearby.

IMPORTANT COMMUNITY NOTES + GUIDELINES โ
All FFTX staff, volunteers and guests will be required to practice mutual respect, as well as demonstrate an alignment with Future Frontโs guidelines and values.
All Future Front sessions are currently held online, outdoors or in open-air spaces where quality air flow is possible, ADA compliance is prioritized and assisted mobility devices can be utilized.
All Future Front sessions follow capacity limits to reduce crowding of any kind.
All guests are required to practice mutual respect and social distancing, as well as follow APHโs COVID-19 Guidelines, which currently include:
At all levels, people can wear a mask based on personal preference, informed by their personal level of risk.
People with COVID-19 symptoms and/or exposure to someone with COVID-19 should not participate in an in-person Future Front event or visit a Future Front location until they test negative and/or they are no longer at risk.
People with a positive COVID-19 test and/or not fully vaccinated should not participate in an in-person Future Front event or visit a Future Front location until they test negative and/or they are fully vaccinated and no longer at risk.
