Justin Galicz (he/him) and Kirt Reynolds (he/him) are husbands and the owners of The Little Gay Shop, a queer marketplace in Austin, TX. Galicz is a full time graphic designer and Reynolds is a retail manager and photographer. After moving to Austin from New York City over two years ago, they came up with the idea to open a shop selling art, books and magazines exclusively from queer-identifying people. They wanted to create an inclusive, welcoming and diverse store where every customer can see themselves reflected in a piece of work. In their spare time, the two raise their two dogs, a Shih-Tzu named Gus and a terrier mutt named Tater Tot, and their five backyard chickens. They enjoy the Austin beer and food scene and frequently buy plants that they later kill.

Born in Dallas, 26-year-old Tiffany Hunter (she/her) is a Texas-based creator, glammer, and entrepreneur. The stylist, model, and creative trained at The Aveda Institute in Houston, and moved to Austin in 2013 to continue training under a Global Style Director of Aveda for 3 years before styling on national and global tours with acts like Alina Baraz and Coldplay. She eventually returned to Texas, settling back into Austin behind the chair for go-to glam in salon and on set. In 2019, she founded Damn, Glam!, an all-encompassing beauty brand focused on giving the people what they want. After running the company virtually for six months, Damn, Glam! is now becoming a brick and mortar Beauty Studio in the heart of Austin.
