HI FRIENDS AND FAMILY. <3
We are writing to let you know that CYBERBABES has been effectively postponed for Summer 2020.
βDue to Texas' statewide declaration of a disaster, your health is our top priority and CYBERBABES needs some beauty rest. If you would like to support all of the artists on our showcase, we are going to split any and all donations we receive over the next two weeks with the 20+ performers, small businesses and independent creatives on our bill. We are encouraging people to donate via @p1nkstar on Venmo or with a credit card at bossbabes.org/donate by putting "CYBERBABES" in the donation description.β
Thank you for riding with bbatx, p1nkstar and Y2K during this time. We appreciate y'all and we are excited to host this later in the year.
IN THE MEANTIME, PLEASE SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL FEMMES AND QUEERS, INCLUDING CHEER UP CHARLIESβTHE VENUE HOSTING THIS EVENT.
xx,
team cyberbabesβ
Popping up on March 15, 2020 from 5 PM to 2 AM at Cheer Up Charlies in Austin, Texas, CYBERBABES is a one-night music and art festival amplifying the work of femme and queer musicians, DJs, performance and visual artists. Presented by bbatx (#bossbabesATX), Y2K Technologies and p1nkstar, Inc., CYBERBABES showcases world-class acts and Austin favorites, creating an innovative and otherwise unattainable experience. In 2019, the showcase saw more than 3000 guests with pop-ups during SXSW and BABES FEST in Austin, Texas. Previous lineups have included Alok V. Menon, Dorian Electra, Jarina De Marco and more.
This showcase will now feature performances and screenings from artists local to Texas and a headlining set by Fee Lion. (Scroll to RSVP.) 18+.

Good newsβthis event is still on and unaffiliated with the cancellations of SXSW. We are at a low risk for coronavirus and contamination, and our team is monitoring the situation closely (learn more here).
To help cover some of the losses we are facing as a result of COVID-19 announcements and lineup changes, we are now requesting a $5 to $10 sliding scale donation at the door to make sure the show can still go on. We would still love to see you there. :) Thanks for the support.
