WHY IS THIS EVENT HAPPENING?

Here’s a note from our gracious host, Camille Vargas:

As the heart and soul of Austin, creatives make this city what it is, a vibrant and growing place with creative expression at its heart. Creatives pour their souls into releasing works of art for a world that often fails to acknowledge its enormous and deep impact. We, the observers, have the privilege to witness their labors of love. It was a no-brainer to use this milestone birthday to give back to the community who already gives us so much and who inspires me to reach for my own creative expression. We worked with _OFCOLOR and Future Front Texas to host this fundraiser and share some of the art from their creatives in residency.
