WHAT TO EXPECT

THE SCHEDULE
โฐ 11:00 AM โ Meet us on the patio to settle in. This is a good time to explore our headquarters, grab a cup of coffee, explore vendors, get your portrait taken and introduce yourself to a few people.
โฐ 11:30 AM โ Community storytime begins! Special guests to be announced soon.
โฐ 12:00 PM โ Announcements open. If you're there, you can share (capacity limited). You can submit your announcement ahead of time at this link.
โฐ 12:30 PM โ Announcements close and the rest of your day begins. Feel free to grab lunch in the area, explore neighboring creative spaces and arts studios that are open, etc. Our HQ will remain open for questions and hangs until 4 PM.
HOW TO ATTEND
Tickets are $10 minimum donation for everybody and every body.
All proceeds benefit our nonprofit events and programs. If youโre a FFTX member, this event is free for you and your guests.
If this is your first time at a meet-up, you'll also get one month of membership for free. (The link to claim this will be sent to you after the meet-up.)

PREPARE YOUR VISIT
Weโre located at 916 Springdale Road Trailer No. 3 within the Canopy Austin Complex. Our trailer is catty-corner to Building 4, which is located within the back parking lot behind Sa-Ten.
WHERE TO PARK: Canopy has a large parking lot and is accessible by bus line. Carpool, if you can!
WHAT TO DO: Our headquarters is located within Canopy Austin, which is a larger creative complex featuring creative businesses, art studios and more. Explore the property while stopping by our trailer.

IMPORTANT COMMUNITY NOTES + GUIDELINES โ
All FFTX staff, volunteers and guests will be required to practice mutual respect, as well as demonstrate an alignment with Future Frontโs guidelines and values.
All Future Front sessions are currently held online, outdoors or in open-air spaces where quality air flow is possible, ADA compliance is prioritized and assisted mobility devices can be utilized.
All Future Front sessions follow capacity limits to reduce crowding of any kind.
All guests are required to practice mutual respect and social distancing, as well as follow APHโs COVID-19 Guidelines, which currently include:
At all levels, people can wear a mask based on personal preference, informed by their personal level of risk.
People with COVID-19 symptoms and/or exposure to someone with COVID-19 should not participate in an in-person Future Front event or visit a Future Front location until they test negative and/or they are no longer at risk.
People with a positive COVID-19 test and/or not fully vaccinated should not participate in an in-person Future Front event or visit a Future Front location until they test negative and/or they are fully vaccinated and no longer at risk.
