Celebrate Black History Month with Future Front and The Little Gay Shop.

On Sunday, February 27, join us to support Black and Queer AF, a variety show produced by The Little Gay Shop and curator Aira Juliet.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • 3 to 4 PM CT β€” A pre-show market of local vendors (including a Future Front info table with merch and raffle prizes)

  • 4 to 6 PM CT β€” A nine-act showcase of comedy, drag, music, poetry and more by Black, queer creators, curated by Aira Juliet

Tickets are $10 presale and $15 at door (free if you’re a FFTX member).

BEHIND THIS EVENT

About the producers: The Little Gay Shop was founded in 2019 with the goal of becoming a one-stop shop to purchase artwork exclusively designed by LGBTQIA+ people. The Little Gay Shop exists to support, celebrate and ignite the queer community by creating a larger audience of patrons and exposing local artists to different demographics.

About the curator: Aira Juliet is a writer, comedian and single dog-mom based out of Austin, Texas. She enjoys long, romantic walks to the fridge and hosts a monthly standup showcase at St. Elmo Brewery She's been called "problematic yet, enjoyable" by her mother. Her current aspirations include finding the perfect slice of pizza and being Jeff Goldblum’s fourth wife.

We nurture spaces where women and LGBTQ+ creatives, founders and leaders can grow together.
