Plus-Size Community Clothing Swap & Fundraiser ✨

Join us on Sunday, December 5 from noon to 3 PM CT for a *super special* community clothing swap, benefiting Future Front. ✨

Created by Future Front Texas board members Xochi Solis and Sydney Greene, our first-ever Plus-Size Community Clothing Swap is a moment to celebrate larger bodies, clear your closet, snag new-to-you garments and support the people, places and things you care about.

100% outdoors and open-air at The Front Market, tickets for the swap are $25 and all attendees must bring 5 to 15 items (size L+) to participate. There'll be an opportunity to win incredible clothing onsite, too, through a raffle featuring pieces from Miranda Bennett Studio, SECONDHAND THICC and Fresa Thrift.

All proceeds will benefit FFTX's Community Leaders of Color Mental Health Fund, which provides pro-bono therapy options to creatives pursuing racial justice.

PREPARE YOUR VISIT TO THE FRONT MARKET —

Ani's Day and Night is located at 7107 E Riverside Drive Austin, Texas 78741. Opened in May 2021, Ani’s is a community-oriented coffee shop and bar for neighbors old and new, regulars and visitors, and beverage drinkers of all kinds.

WHERE TO PARK: Ani's has a 60-car parking lot and plenty of free street spots available. We always recommend carpooling and/or utilizing public transportation, if you can, though! There's a bus stop nearby.

WHAT TO DO: We've reserved Ani's entire grassy side lot for this outdoor market series. Each weekend, you'll have 25+ vendors to discover each day—plus, we've got DJ sets, workshops and a raffle going on to support micro-grants for independent creatives and founders.

WHAT TO EAT/DRINK: Ani's is home to three incredible food trucks and offers a full coffee menu and bar. Everything's delicious (we know this, because we've literally tried everything, at this point).

OUR COVID-19 GUIDELINES:

  • The Front Market is currently hosted entirely outdoors or online.

  • All markets guests are required to practice mutual respect and social distancing.

  • All guests are required to follow Austin Public Health Guidelines:

  • Fully vaccinated individuals should wear a mask when indoors and/or unable to socially distance outdoors.

  • Partially or unvaccinated individuals should wear a mask at all times—no exceptions.

ACCESSIBILITY NOTES: The market is wheelchair-accessible, located on at the top of a slight hill. Ani’s front entrance is marked by a wrap-around porch. There is a ramped doorway at the back entrance.
