12th Street Block Walk
Join a community walk of East 12th Street, in support of the African-American Cultural Heritage District’s developing strategic plan. Starting at Future Front’s Community Studio, the Block Walk will include stops along new and old businesses in the district.
WHAT YOU’LL LEARN — If you’re interested in strategic planning, opening a creative space, public art and community engagement, this session is for you.

Open Sounds with Heavy Heavy Heavy
Attend a listening tour of Heavy Heavy Heavy, featuring original ceramics, steel and sound compositions by Austin-based artist Emily No Good.
WHAT YOU’LL LEARN — If you’re interested in multidisciplinary exhibition options, independent art and DIY show organizing, this session is for you.

Creative Community Meet-Up
Ahead of this year’s Austin Studio Tour, come through for a classic Austin meet-up and mixer at Future Front.
