ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
In this workshop, herbalist Ebony Cherrelle will lead participants through the ancient art of crafting herbal oxymels elixirs to support the immune system. Tapping into our inner herbalist, we will learn how to harness the power of nature to nurture our immune systems, as the winter months approach.
Oxymels consist of a potent blend of herbs, honey, and vinegar traditionally used for boosting wellness. Exploring the history and benefits of oxymels, we will deepen our understanding of herbal medicine, honoring its origins.
We will learn about the properties of immune supporting herbs, and the step-by-step process of creating your own custom oxymel. By the end of the session, participants will take home their own handcrafted oxymel and a new appreciation for the power of herbal medicine. All materials are provided, and no prior experience is necessary. Participants will leave with the knowledge and confidence to integrate oxymels into their daily wellness rituals.
This workshop is aligned for beginners and herbal enthusiasts alike. Come nourish your body and spirit with this sacred, time-honored remedy!
